Re-enrollment Process

Follow These Steps to Ensure a Space for Your Child(ren) for the Upcoming School Year

  1. Re-Enrollment Application
    Please complete the online re-enrollment application
     
  2. Re-Enrollment Agreement
    Please sign the online re-enrollment agreement.
     
  3. Re-Enrollment Packet
    Once we receive your application we will send you a link to a re-enrollment packet containing all the forms you will need for the upcoming school year, along with your tuition invoice with details on deposits and FACTS information.
     
  4. Tuition and Deposit
    • The annual tuition may be paid in full ON OR BEFORE June 20, or you may amortize the annual tuition amount over 10 monthly installments.
      • If you are paying in monthly installments:
        • A non-refundable deposit of 10% of tuition for each child re-enrolling is due by June 20 to secure your child's spot in the upcoming class.
        • The FULL amount of your deposit will be credited toward your tuition.
           
  5. Pay Remainder of Annual Tuition
    • If you are paying the remainder of tuition in installments:
      • Everyone paying in monthly installments needs to have an account in our FACTS system - a third party financial institution that facilitates automatic monthly tuition payments from your checking or savings account, or credit card.
      • If you are not currently in the FACTS system, you will receive information on how to sign up in your enrollment packet.
      • FACTS enrollment deadline is June 20.
      • Monthly payments will begin August 20, and continue through May 20.
      • You will receive detailed information about setting up a FACTS account in your enrollment packet.
    • If you would like to pay the annual tuition remainder in full:
      • Payment must be received by June 20.
      • If the full amount is not received by June 20, you will either need to sign up for a FACTS account or your child’s spot will be released to the next family on the waiting list.
